We still have places on the Chairing Skills for Interview Panels Course running in the morning of Monday 16th April 2012 at All Saints, between 9.30 and 13.00pm. More delegates are needed to enable this course instance to run.
This half day event is mandatory for anyone who is responsible for chairing staff recruitment and selection panels. The course will provide Recruitment and Selection Panel Chairs with the knowledge and skills required for this role.
This course will concentrate on the specific skills required for chairing recruitment panels. It will include the discussion of potential scenarios and examples of best practice. Participants will also be given opportunity to develop their chairing skills and receive supportive feedback from the facilitator.
