Broke at 17- Bullet proof at 18: How a book on web design took me from tap water to private helicopters.

Guy Levine - Managing Director of Return on Digital tells it like it is in this inspiring talk for Digital Marketers - new and old.

"Digital geeks like me (and soon you) are ruling the world. We are more adaptable and creative than any previous generation, and have the tools to get our voices heard and our brands into people's faces. However, I kid you not, it’s like a knife fight out there. Every person with a good idea or some technical skills wants to make millions online or score that great job. The fact is: only a small proportion manage to do it. I was one of the lucky ones…I built it and sold it three times.

In this conversation with you, I would like to share how I did it, but more importantly, how you can do it too.

How you can predict and follow the emerging trends
How you can manage your priorities to make things happen unfocussed people only dream about
Which tools my agency and I use to get insights
How to sell "digital" to people who just don’t get "digital"
How to build your own brand
I will also share what attributes made me hire a graduate from last year’s course before he had even got his degree - in fact, I might bring him with to tell you his version of the story."
